Vision 21, making a difference to lives, through learning & work placements.
We recognise that people with learning needs have a lot to offer the workplace. The heart of our training ethos is the belief that work has the power to change people’s lives for the better. Our training is responsive to the needs of the individual and offers people time to learn at their own pace in supportive settings.
"The staff and students in TAM were brilliant! The students worked so hard all day and I was so impressed by what they managed to achieve. They made me feel so welcome. It was one of the most enjoyable Monday's I have spent in work."
"I just wanted to say a massive thank-you for inviting us into your organisation. This is the 3rd year that I have taken part in a Community 10,000 day. I personally have found Vision 21 to be the most inspiring and rewarding volunteering day I have done."
I have had a great few years working with Glen and Tracey and they have always made me feel welcome.
"I was not sure what to expect before attending Vision 21, I had never worked with people with learning difficulties before. I enjoyed learning different ways to communicate with people with difficulties in communication".
Festival Day – 11th July

We believe everyone has value and should be respected for their individual contribution.
We aim to provide a non-discriminatory workplace with high ethical standards.
We believe everyone with a disability should have access to a wide range of quality training opportunities designed and delivered to maximise their potential.
Through our pioneering and innovative work we support people with learning disabilities to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
We work with our trainees to develop their skills and self-confidence by offering them opportunities to learn real skills at their own pace with appropriate support.
Social enterprises are businesses with a social aim. As with any other business they pursue a profit but this profit is reinvested back into the business or directly into the community.
Vision 21 has been developing a wide range of social enterprises that provide both training for people with learning disabilities as well as opportunities for volunteering and employment.
