Vision 21, making a difference to lives, through learning & work placements.

Welcome to Vision 21 Cyfle Cymru

Vision 21’s vocational training is dynamic and responsive and opens pathways towards real work experience and employment routes for people with learning needs.

Our guiding ethos is the development of community based sustainable social enterprises with a training focus for people with learning needs.

Vision 21 recognises that people with learning disabilities have a lot to offer the workplace and that they have the same aspirations to work as other people. The heart of our training ethos is the belief that work has the power to change people’s lives for the better.

Our Values

We believe everyone has value and should be respected for their individual contribution.

We aim to provide a non-discriminatory workplace with high ethical standards.

We believe everyone with a disability should have access to a wide range of quality training opportunities designed and delivered to maximise their potential.

Changing Lives

Through our pioneering and innovative work we support people with learning disabilities to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

We work with our trainees to develop their skills and self-confidence by offering them opportunities to learn real skills at their own pace with appropriate support.

Social Enterprise

Social enterprises are businesses with a social aim. As with any other business they pursue a profit but this profit is reinvested back into the business or directly into the community.

Vision 21 has been developing a wide range of social enterprises that provide both training for people with learning disabilities as well as opportunities for volunteering and employment.
