Vision 21’s vocational training is dynamic and responsive and opens pathways towards real work experience and employment routes for people with learning needs.

Our guiding ethos is the development of community based sustainable social enterprises with a training focus for people with learning needs.

Vision 21 recognises that people with learning disabilities have a lot to offer the workplace and that they have the same aspirations to work as other people. The heart of our training ethos is the belief that work has the power to change people’s lives for the better.

Dates for your Diary…

Late Summer closure dates are as follows:

  • Vision 21 will be closed on Monday 29th August for the bank holiday. We will also be closed for our Staff Away Day on Tuesday 30th August.
  • (Please note that some of the Vision 21 enterprises may remain open for trading during this time).

The Vision 21 Christmas Fayre and AGM will be on Thursday 24th November at Sbectrwm.

Changing Lives

Through our pioneering and innovative work we support people with learning disabilities to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.

We work with our trainees to develop their skills and self-confidence by offering them opportunities to learn real skills at their own pace with appropriate support.

Social Enterprise

Social enterprises are businesses with a social aim. As with any other business they pursue a profit but this profit is reinvested back into the business or directly into the community.

Vision 21 has been developing a wide range of social enterprises that provide both training for people with learning disabilities as well as opportunities for volunteering and employment.
