Our working hours are 8.30am  - 4.00pm letting you escape before rush hour. Breaks are paid, and the holiday entitlement isn't bad either!

V21 Gardening Project Leader

37 ½ hours per week (8.30am to 4.00pm) to include weekend working during the busy Spring and Summer seasons

£21,675 per annum (pay award pending)


Vision 21 Cyfle Cymru (V21) are looking for an experienced horticulturist with a passion for growing people as well as plants.

Based at our Sbectrwm Centre in Fairwater, the V21 Gardening Project Leader will work with our trainees, teaching the skills to develop and maintain the onsite Community Garden, which is currently at the beginning of an exciting new improvement plan. We are looking for a Project Leader who shares our core values - with the experience and personality to nurture our trainees, and the skills and drive to grow V21 Gardening.
