Flexible Part Time Catering Assistant -  Caerphilly

 

V21 are looking to recruit an additional member of staff who has the skills and experience to assist the catering team at ‘Full Circle’ Plas Hyfryd,74 Ffordd y Maes, Caerphilly, CF83 2BH.

 

Flexible Part Time Catering Assistant

Hours: 8.00am to 3.30pm

Flexible Rota of 15 hours per week over 2 days 

Salary: £9.90 per hour plus bonus payments for working seasonal holidays.

Additional hours may be required to cover holidays, sick leave, etc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist the staff with the provision of good quality food and customer service at the Plas Hyfryd Extra Care Scheme ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.

We are able to provide this opportunity via our strong partnership with United Welsh Housing Association (UWHA). UWHA opened their very first Extra Care scheme  near Caerphilly in November 2010, with V21 providing the catering for this scheme. The scheme provides homemade, nutritious lunches for over 60 residents, while also being a training provider for adults with learning disabilities. The food provision is 365 days a year, including ALL bank holidays and seasonal holidays such as Easter, Christmas and New Years.
