Disability Pride Celebration

10 July/12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Join us for a cuppa, cake and craft to celebrate disability pride. You can drop in or come for the whole day.

In collaboration with SCOPE , V21 , Arts Active & Cardiff Council Wellbeing Service we would like to invite you for a cuppa, craft and cake to celebrate Disability Pride.

Celebrated every July, Disability Pride Month is for anyone who is disabled – or anyone who wishes to show their allyship by celebrating their disabled colleagues, peers, friends, and family. Having a dedicated month provides a focal point. It’s a time for embracing disability identity positively. And challenging the negative attitudes that are a barrier for disabled people. There are 16 million people in the UK. It’s time for their voices to be heard. – Scope

V21 Sbectrwm Centre is a fully accessible, inclusive community space. Featuring on-site parking, a café, garden, and a Changing Places facility.
